Blackout Poetry: a solution for reluctant writers?

I have previously written about the many benefits of poetry for both children and adults. Poems are quick (to read or write), they are accessible and they are unconfined by the usual rules of grammar, punctuation and spelling. For children, especially reluctant writers, blackout poetry, is my favourite form.
